Angelika und Hans Schwinghammer eröffneten 1978 den ersten „Drive-in-Imbiss“ im Kreis an der Erftstraße in Sindorf. 1986 wurde ein alter Bauernhof liebevoll restauriert und das Restaurant „Zum Kuhstall“ eröffnet. Seit 2007 ist das Paar im Ruhestand. Hans baut wunderschöne Krippen, die er regelmäßig auf der Krippen- und Kunstausstellung in Sindorf präsentiert und verkauft. 2020 feierten beide Goldene Hochzeit.
