Das Blutdruckmessgerät, früher auch Sphygomanometer oder Erkameter genannt, ist ein Tischgerät für die Blutdruckmessung am Oberarm. Ein hellgraues Metallgehäuse mit Tragegriff beinhaltet das eigentliche Erkameter, eine Quecksilbersäule bis 300 mm. Weiter befinden sich eine Manschette für den Oberarm und ein Blasebalg mit Schlauch und Ventil zum Aufblasen und Entlüften der Manschette. Das langlebige Modell wurde von 1935 bis 1960 produziert. Ein Eichaufkleber bis 1999 lässt auf den letzten Gebrauch schließen.
